Description

These No-Bake Rice Krispie Christmas Puddings are festive, fun, and easy to make! Shaped like classic holiday puddings and topped with cute holly decorations, they’re a no-bake crowd-pleaser ideal for parties, cookie swaps, or a whimsical treat for your loved ones.


Ingredients

4 cups Rice Krispies cereal

3 cups mini marshmallows

3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/2 cup dried fruit (like raisins or chopped cherries)

1/2 cup white chocolate (for topping)

2 tablespoons green fondant (for holly leaves)

12 red candies or fondant balls (for holly berries)


Instructions

1. Measure all ingredients in advance and grease your hands and a baking sheet with butter or oil.

2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.

3. Add mini marshmallows to the pan and stir until melted and smooth.

4. Stir in the cocoa powder until evenly mixed.

5. Add Rice Krispies and fold in until fully coated.

6. Mix in dried fruit and stir again.

7. While still warm, scoop and shape into small domes or balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.

8. Place shaped balls on the prepared tray and let set for 15–20 minutes.

9. Melt white chocolate and drizzle on top of each pudding to resemble custard.

10. Decorate each with green fondant holly leaves and red candies or fondant balls.

11. Let the decorated puddings set completely before serving.

Notes

Grease your hands lightly before shaping to prevent sticking.

Let the white chocolate cool slightly before drizzling for better control.

Use candy melts as an alternative to white chocolate if you prefer easier decorating.
