Description

These Nutella brownies are thick, fudgy, and packed with rich chocolate-hazelnut flavor. They bake up with a signature crackly top and soft, gooey center, making them the ultimate treat for brownie lovers and Nutella fans alike. Simple to make and sure to impress!


Ingredients

1 cup Nutella

2 large eggs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt Nutella and butter until smooth. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
  4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold until just combined.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely before slicing.
