Ingredients
1 cup Nutella
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt Nutella and butter until smooth. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Whisk in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
