Ingredients
20 slices of salami (Genoa or hard salami)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives or green onions
Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped pickles, olives, or jalapeños
Instructions
- Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature for 30 minutes or microwave for 10 seconds.
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with chives or green onions. Add optional ingredients if using.
- Lay out each salami slice and spread about a teaspoon of the cheese mixture across the center.
- Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on a plate.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving to help set the shape.
