Description
Juicy seared steak bites smothered in a creamy garlic parmesan sauce, served over rotini pasta. This indulgent dinner is perfect for date night or whenever you want a restaurant-quality meal with minimal effort.
Ingredients
1 pound steak (sirloin, ribeye, or NY strip), cut into cubes
8 ounces rotini pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 pinch red chili flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1⁄3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
3⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Toss cubed steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes if using.
2. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites in batches until browned. Set aside.
3. Boil rotini in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1⁄2 cup pasta water and drain.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
5. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1–2 minutes.
6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan until melted and sauce thickens.
7. Add pasta to the skillet and toss in the sauce. Use pasta water to loosen if needed.
8. Return steak bites to the skillet and gently mix.
9. Top with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use a heavy-bottom skillet to get a nice sear on the steak bites.
Don’t skip the reserved pasta water—it helps create a silky sauce.
For extra richness, finish with a drizzle of truffle oil before serving.
