Ingredients
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup crushed pretzels
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 ounces
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and place the unbaked pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate.
2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, crushed pretzels, and graham cracker crumbs.
3. Add the caramel sauce, sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt, then stir until fully mixed.
4. Spoon the filling into the prepared pie crust and spread it evenly.
5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is mostly set.
6. Cool completely before slicing. Chill for 1 to 2 hours for cleaner slices if desired.
Notes
Use lightly crushed pretzels so you keep some crunchy texture in the filling.
Let the pie cool fully before slicing so the filling can set properly.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an even more decadent dessert.
