Ingredients
1 cup cold brew coffee
1/2 cup ice
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons milk
1 to 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
1/2 teaspoon rose syrup or 1/4 teaspoon rose water
1 drop pink food coloring, optional
1 dried edible rosebud or a pinch of edible rose petals, optional
Instructions
1. Fill a tall glass with the ice.
2. Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice, leaving room at the top for the sweet cream.
3. In a small bowl, jar, or frothing cup, combine the heavy cream, milk, vanilla syrup, and rose syrup or rose water.
4. Stir or froth the mixture until smooth and slightly thickened.
5. Add the pink food coloring if using, then mix again until evenly tinted.
6. Pour the vanilla rose sweet cream over the cold brew.
7. Garnish with a dried edible rosebud or edible rose petals if desired.
8. Serve immediately and stir before drinking if you want the flavors fully blended.
Notes
Start with a small amount of rose flavor, then add more to taste so it does not overpower the coffee.
For the best layered look, pour the sweet cream slowly over the back of a spoon.
Use strong, smooth cold brew for the richest flavor and least bitterness.
