Instructions
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Drizzle olive oil over wings and toss to coat. Add spice mixture and toss until every wing is covered. Add lemon juice and toss gently.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with foil. Spread seasoned wings on the sheet skin-side up in a single layer. Roast for 30 minutes until deeply golden and skin pulls away easily from meat.
- Peel and cut potatoes into fries about a quarter-inch thick. Soak cut potatoes in cold water for 5 minutes to remove starch. Drain thoroughly and pat completely dry with paper towels. Toss dried fries with olive oil, paprika, and salt.
- Spread seasoned fries on another baking sheet in a single layer. Roast at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through. Fries are done when golden brown and crispy.
- Chop lettuce and arrange on a plate or in a bowl. Slice cucumber and halve strawberries and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over everything and add a pinch of salt. Toss gently.
- Arrange hot wings, golden fries, and fresh salad on a serving plate. Serve immediately while everything is warm and fresh.

Notes
Pat wings dry before seasoning for crispier skin. Soak cut potatoes in cold water to remove starch and help them crisp up. Shake the fries halfway through cooking for even browning. Store salad separately from wings and fries to prevent sogginess.
