Instructions
- Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly so all flavors blend evenly.
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Brush each wing generously with olive oil and coat evenly with the spice mixture, massaging it into the meat to ensure full coverage.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat and ensure grates are clean and lightly oiled. Place wings directly on the grill and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning every 3 to 4 minutes until they develop a caramelized crust. Wings should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut potatoes into fries and soak in cold water for 10 minutes if time allows. Pat completely dry. Deep fry until golden and crispy, or bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Season with salt immediately after cooking.
- Toss chopped lettuce with tomato chunks and cucumber slices in a large bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Right before plating, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top.
- Arrange each component on individual plates, creating separate sections for the salad, fries, and wings. Serve immediately while wings are hot and fries are crispy.

Notes
For extra crispy fries, soak them in cold water before cooking to remove excess starch. The spice rub can be adjusted to your heat preference by increasing or decreasing the Cajun seasoning. You can also prepare the salad components ahead of time and assemble just before serving to keep everything fresh and crisp.
