For the Beef
  • 1 lb beef steak cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
For the Vegetables
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
For the Fries
  • 4 potatoes cut into fries
  • Oil for frying
Optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method

Instructions
  1. Cut potatoes into even fries and pat dry with paper towels. Heat oil to 350°F in a deep pan. Fry potatoes in batches for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
  2. Toss beef pieces with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef for 3 to 4 minutes per side until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and lightly caramelized.
  4. Return beef to the skillet with peppers and onions. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and butter. Stir and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until flavors meld and sauce coats everything evenly.

Notes

Pat potatoes dry before frying for maximum crispiness. Don't overcrowd the pan when frying to prevent steaming. Fries are best eaten fresh, but the beef and pepper mixture reheats well. You can customize the heat level by adjusting spices or adding chili flakes if desired.
