Description

A creamy, savory appetizer that feels special with very little effort, this Warm Boursin Dip with Crostini is perfect for a quick appetizer, easy party snack, holiday starter, or cozy sharing board. The baked cheese dip is rich with garlic and herbs, finished with olive oil and parsley, and served with crisp crostini for one of those easy recipe ideas everyone reaches for again and again.

Ingredients

8 ounces Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

extra olive oil for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe ramekin.

2. In a medium bowl, mix the Boursin, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and parsley until smooth.

3. Spread the dip mixture into the prepared baking dish in an even layer.

4. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and season with garlic powder and salt.

5. Bake the dip for 18 to 22 minutes until hot and lightly golden around the edges.

6. Toast the crostini for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until crisp and golden.

7. Drizzle the baked dip with a little olive oil, top with extra parsley, and serve warm with the crostini.

Notes

Let the cheeses soften before mixing so the dip turns out smooth and creamy.

Watch the crostini closely near the end of baking so they stay crisp without getting too dark.

For extra color on top, broil the dip for 1 to 2 minutes at the end, but keep a close eye on it.
