Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1 lb beef steak cut into cubes
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups French fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 small red chili finely chopped

Method

Instructions
  1. Prepare French fries according to package directions until golden, crispy, and hot.
  2. Cut beef steak into bite-sized cubes and season generously with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes without moving. Flip and sear the other sides for 2-3 minutes until cooked to medium or medium-rare. Transfer to a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley and finely chopped red chili. Toss the cooked steak bites back in to coat evenly.
  5. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Crack both eggs into the pan and cook sunny-side-up for 4-5 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  6. Arrange herb-topped steak bites, crispy fries, and sunny-side-up eggs on a warm plate. Serve immediately while everything is hot.

Notes

For best results, use a high-quality cut of beef like sirloin or ribeye. Keep all components separate until serving so the fries stay crispy and the eggs stay perfectly cooked. The runny egg yolk pairs beautifully with both the steak and fries.
